Milo & Mini accepts website orders for delivery within the United States only.

Shipping options and prices

The shipping options and total shipping charge available for your address and items are shown at checkout before you place an order. The current CJ-fulfilled product profile offers free Standard shipping within its U.S. shipping zone. We do not advertise an Express option unless one is available for the particular order at checkout. Rates and eligibility may change when products or shipping profiles change.

Processing and delivery

Any processing or delivery estimate shown for your order is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. We will not represent a specific shipping time unless we have a reasonable basis to meet it. If we cannot ship by the stated time, or within 30 days when no shipping time was stated, we will notify you and offer the choice to accept a revised shipping date or cancel for a prompt refund as required by applicable law.

Tracking and address changes

When tracking becomes available, we will send it to the email address used at checkout. Carrier tracking can take time to activate. Please enter a complete, accurate shipping address and email support@milomini.com promptly if it needs correction. We may not be able to change an address after fulfillment begins.

Lost, delayed, damaged, or incorrect orders

Email support@milomini.com with your order number and relevant details. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Your rights under applicable law are not limited by a carrier delay or loss.
