Returns and refunds
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving an item. To start, email support@milomini.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send an item to our business address or to a supplier without return instructions. If the return is approved, we will provide the correct return address, a return label, and packing instructions.
For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us before sending it back. We will explain any applicable return-shipping cost before you proceed. This does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items
Please contact us promptly at support@milomini.com with your order number and photos when useful. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, return, or refund as appropriate. We will cover return shipping when we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges
Contact us first if you want an exchange. If an exchange is unavailable, we will explain your return and refund options.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days; your payment provider may take additional time to post them. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, email support@milomini.com.
Order cancellations and shipping delays
Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation before shipment. If we cannot ship within the time stated for your order, or within 30 days when no shipping time was stated, we will offer you the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund, as required by applicable law.
This policy applies to orders placed on milomini.com or boltandbuy.com for delivery within the United States. It does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights.
